The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aílton Félix was the one to do the kick off. Nicolas Rezende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos das Neves having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luisão Marinho in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ademar Falcão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luisão Marinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ademar Falcão having to interfere. Ademar Falcão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Célio do Vale in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Róbson Munhoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Célio do Vale got free in front of the goal in the 63rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Ademar Falcão was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Tales Pires kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. If Luisão Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Nicolas Rezende ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlos das Neves was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Aílton Félix kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Carlos das Neves. That made the score 0-6 in the 83 minute of play. If Luisão Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Suico walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
