Spectators: 7243 (Terracing: 5433, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ademir Félix started the match with the kick off. Nicolas Rezende sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 12 minutes, Nico Barbosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carlton Blends and the Suico players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 12 played minutes Carlton Blends got a freekick which was hit by Nico Barbosa. Isaltino Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aílton Félix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Vieira in the 18th minute of play forced Suico's goalkeeper Ademar Falcão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tales Pires charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tales Pires the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Carlton Blends booed when Suico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tales Pires didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sérgio Linhares during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sérgio Linhares kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Nicolas Rezende cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Isaltino Trigo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benjamim de Queiroz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 29th minute, but Isaltino Trigo got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Carlton Blends hanging dry this time. In the 31st minute of the match Arthur Cerezo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ademar Falcão skillfully saved the ball. Aílton Félix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Isaltino Trigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Carlton Blends's zone, Aílton Félix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaltino Trigo came out of the goal and Aílton Félix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aílton Félix in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isaltino Trigo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aílton Félix stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ademir Félix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Suico's Ademar Falcão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Suico from getting a goal against them. Nico Barbosa got his second yellow card in the match during the 64th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 65th match minute, Carlton Blends was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nico Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. 66 minutes into the match, Nicolas Rezende notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Carlton Blends's Isaltino Trigo. Isaltino Trigo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arthur da Mata's late challenge caught a Suico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arthur da Mata helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Suico booed when Carlton Blends was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arthur da Mata didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 71 played minutes Suico got a freekick which was hit by Tales Pires. With a little luck, Suico's Ademar Falcão got control of the ball when Benjamim de Queiroz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Isaltino Trigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aílton Félix in the 79th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Carlton Blends's goal looked a bit too open when Aílton Félix came free, but Isaltino Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Carlton Blends defense, Nicolas Rezende kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isaltino Trigo. The Carlton Blends fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isaltino Trigo should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Nicolas Rezende managed to get in a good position for a shot. Suico's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Rezende was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaltino Trigo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Suico's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
