Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ademir Félix took the kick off in the first half of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Aqua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ademir Félix came free, but Percival Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 27 minutes, Luisinho Baiano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aqua FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luisinho Baiano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlinhos Martinss short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Isaltino Trigo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Carlton Blends's Benjamim de Queiroz got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 38th minute, João Paulo Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlton Blends's Isaltino Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlinhos Martins in the 42nd minute of play. Arthur da Mata made in the 44th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Carlos Augusto Ribeiro immediately put the ball in play. Benjamim de Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Percival Castro having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlinhos Martins to strike the kick off in the second half. Luisinho Baiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaltino Trigo having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Carlinhos Martins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. João Paulo Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Isaltino Trigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Carlinhos Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Isaltino Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dário Teles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isaltino Trigo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlinhos Martins went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Aqua FC's Percival Castro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Aqua FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamim de Queiroz got free with Percival Castro in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Carlinhos Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 94 played minutes Carlton Blends got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Vieira. Aqua FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
