Spectators: 6656 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Adhemar Queiroz made the kick off which started today's match. In the 8th minute Gino Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulysses Alvarenga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 9 played minutes Aracatiara got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Luiz Zonta. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eduardo Furlan in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulysses Alvarenga saved Aracatiara from getting behind. After 12 minutes, Eduardo Furlan made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Aracatiara's Ulysses Alvarenga tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Eduardo Furlan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Herois da Apae FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eduardo Furlan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulysses Alvarenga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gino Lopez in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ulysses Alvarenga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 20th minute of the match Adriano Vidal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ulysses Alvarenga showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ulysses Alvarenga came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Herois da Apae FC's Gino Lopez. But to his dismay, Gino Lopez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 28thth minute of the game Eduardo Furlan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aracatiara's Ulysses Alvarenga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 30th match minute, Aracatiara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Leal to maneuver through the defense. Dito Abraão kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Adriano Vidal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ulysses Alvarenga. Aracatiara's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Adhemar Queiroz hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Gino Lopez made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Aracatiara getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. André Luiz Valladares hit a great ball. Carlos Fernando Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adhemar Queiroz in the 54th minute of the match. Aírton Penha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulysses Alvarenga having to interfere. Dito Abraão charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dito Abraão the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dito Abraão hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. If Adhemar Queiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Manfredo Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Fernando Sousa having to interfere. Gino Lopez came free with the goalkeeper in the 72nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ulysses Alvarenga could save by the left post. Gino Lopezs short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Ulysses Alvarenga to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 81st minute Gino Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulysses Alvarenga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herois da Apae FC's Carlos Fernando Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manfredo Valle in the 83rd minute of play. Gino Lopez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gino Lopez in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ulysses Alvarenga, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Herois da Apae FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Dito Abraão hit a great ball. In the 94th minute, Adriano Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Herois da Apae FC's goalkeeper Carlos Fernando Sousa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Herois da Apae FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
