Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Almir de Sousa made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 2 minutes, Ricardo de Almeida managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosalandia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo de Almeida was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ricardo de Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eurico Sampaio having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Eduardo Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosalandia's supporters rose to their feet, but Eduardo Cruz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eurico Sampaio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edson Aparecido recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edson Aparecido's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eurico Sampaio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Ricardo de Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Eurico Sampaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo de Almeida in the 20th minute of play forced FC Holfinburg's goalkeeper Eurico Sampaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, Eduardo Cruz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Otávio Vidal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Eurico Sampaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, FC Holfinburg's goal looked a bit too open when Otávio Vidal came free, but Eurico Sampaio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Rosalandia's Otávio Vidal got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Gino Campidelis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Edson Aparecido managed to get in a good position for a shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

If Ricardo de Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 56 minutes of play, FC Holfinburg's Walmyr Pires made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dadá Bittencourt was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in FC Holfinburg's zone, Ricardo de Almeida stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eurico Sampaio came out of the goal and Ricardo de Almeida tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute, Ademir dos Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ricardo de Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to FC Holfinburg getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Júnior Silveira hit a great ball. Cido Ferraz, 81 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Eurico Sampaio made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Edson Aparecido sent off a good shot on target. Otávio Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eurico Sampaio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Otávio Vidal in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute Ricardo de Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eurico Sampaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
