After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Paulinho Toscano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Invasion Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulinho Toscano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amauri Queiroz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Covid-19's Amauri Queiroz got control of the ball when Benê de Senna tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 7 played minutes Invasion Team got a freekick which was hit by Dário Sampaio. Borys Knopek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Augusto Rezende in the 8th minute of play. After 10 minutes Invasion Team's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jerônimo Aparecido who took care of the corner kick. Covid-19's Jerônimo Aparecido was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Borys Knopek in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Carlos Augusto Rezende blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Borys Knopek having to make a save. After having played for 16 minutes, Carlos Augusto Rezende managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Covid-19's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Augusto Rezende was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Paulinho Toscano came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Invasion Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulinho Toscano couldn't finish the play. In the 23rd minute, Giuseppe Goiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 25 played minutes Paulinho Toscano rounded Covid-19's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. If Paulinho Toscano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benê de Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amauri Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulinho Toscano in the 40th minute of play. Paulinho Toscano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Benê de Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amauri Queiroz having to interfere. If Marcinho Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paulinho Toscano to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Benê de Senna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Invasion Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When Marcinho Machado came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Covid-19 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcinho Machado couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulinho Toscano in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amauri Queiroz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 64 minutes of play, Invasion Team's Hermínio Salles made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amauri Queiroz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Invasion Team! Borys Knopek had in the 70thth minute some difficulties stopping Jerônimo Aparecido's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball In the 70th minute, Covid-19's Jerônimo Aparecido dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. Benê de Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Amauri Queiroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. John Rambo scored 4-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amauri Queiroz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benê de Senna in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amauri Queiroz saved Covid-19 from getting behind. Invasion Team's Benê de Senna got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rony Rosado charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rony Rosado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rony Rosado kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Benê de Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
