Spectators: 7166 (Terracing: 5519, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 147) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marcinho Linares kicked off to start the match. João Francisco de Medeiros came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sousa's Valdir Gaúcho. But to his dismay, Valdir Gaúcho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 7th minute, Gustavo Pereira fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of João Francisco de Medeiros, passed just outside the right post. In the 10th minute, Sousa's Valdir Gaúcho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. João Francisco de Medeiros made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Valdir Gaúcho sent off a good shot on target. Reynaldo Rodrigues charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reynaldo Rodrigues the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to No limite FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Reynaldo Rodrigues hit a great ball. Abel Vianna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcinho Linares in the 16th minute of play. After a rather tough play, No limite FC's Jardel Galvão got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute, Vicente Schmidt made a precise shot to the right of João Francisco de Medeiros. No limite FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Reynaldo Rodrigues recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 26 minutes, Gustavo Pereira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sousa and the No limite FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sousa getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Gustavo Pereira hit a great ball. Cássio Nóbrega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. João Francisco de Medeiros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd match minute, No limite FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. Sousa's Valdir Gaúcho was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 34th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Gustavo Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Francisco de Medeiros was a little too slow when Valdir Gaúcho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 6-0. Marcinho Linares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Abel Vianna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valdir Gaúcho to make the kick off. Doni Prestes's late challenge caught a Sousa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Doni Prestes helped the player get up and apologised. Valdir Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 54 minutes, Valdir Gaúcho made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. No limite FC's João Francisco de Medeiros tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 58 minutes, Valdir Gaúcho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sousa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdir Gaúcho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustavo Pereira in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Francisco de Medeiros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sousa's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdir Gaúcho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 77th match minute, Sousa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cássio Nóbrega to maneuver through the defense. When Marcinho Linares came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the No limite FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcinho Linares couldn't finish the play. Hermínio Pinheiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Abel Vianna made a huge save. In the 82ndth minute of the game Valdir Gaúcho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but No limite FC's João Francisco de Medeiros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. João Francisco de Medeiros came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sousa's Renatinho Lara. But to his dismay, Renatinho Lara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. After a rather tough play, No limite FC's Marcinho Linares got a free kick in the 86th minute. When Sousa's Valdir Gaúcho in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye No limite FC's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Valdir Gaúcho put it in 10-0 from a short distance just to the right of João Francisco de Medeiros. Sousa's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
