After a defensive mix-up in Cadeado's zone, Mazinho Loyola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diamantino Rosa came out of the goal and Mazinho Loyola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 9 minutes, Mazinho Loyola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bacuriteua's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mazinho Loyola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Cadeado's Ramiro de Moraes got a free kick in the 10th minute. Refik Halit Iğdırlı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diamantino Rosa having to interfere. Diamantino Rosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mazinho Loyola's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Diamantino Rosa didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Bacuriteua's Mazinho Loyola shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Gustavo Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mazinho Loyola scored 0-3 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Diamantino Rosa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 46th match minute, Bacuriteua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manoel Freitas to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mazinho Loyola made a kick off. Guilherme Baptista kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. If Refik Halit Iğdırlı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Júlio Tróia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nelson Aguiar in the 56th minute of play. In the 56th match minute, Bacuriteua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Refik Halit Iğdırlı to maneuver through the defense. Nelson Aguiar hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the match, Bacuriteua's goal looked a bit too open when Cleiton Berger came free, but Júlio Tróia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Refik Halit Iğdırlı got free with Diamantino Rosa in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cadeado's Diamantino Rosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Cadeado from getting a goal against them. Bacuriteua's Gustavo Gomes got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Mazinho Loyola came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Bacuriteua fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mazinho Loyola couldn't finish the play. Mazinho Loyola did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Diamantino Rosa 82 minutes into the match. Diamantino Rosa made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Mazinho Loyola sent off a good shot on target. Luan Peres struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Diamantino Rosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bacuriteua. If Mazinho Loyola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, Mazinho Loyola dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Diamantino Rosa, 0-5. When the final whistle sounded Bacuriteua left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cadeado.
