Chapadinho
Spectators: 7274 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) Santastico FC's Evaristo Rodrigues started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7thth minute of the game Evaristo Rodrigues who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chapadinho's Nildo Romero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 8th match minute, Chapadinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Augusto Teixeira to maneuver through the defense. Nildo Romero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Rodrigues in the 11th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Chapadinho's goal looked a bit too open when Juvenal Leite came free, but Nildo Romero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wiliam Negri in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nildo Romero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nildo Romero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juvenal Leite in the 20th minute of play. When Santastico FC's Evaristo Rodrigues in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chapadinho's goalie prevented a goal. José Paulo Alves might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Salvador Boni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. José Paulo Alves ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evaristo Rodrigues in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nildo Romero saved Chapadinho from getting behind. 29 minutes into the match, Santastico FC's Juvenal Leite sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nildo Romero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Juvenal Leite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nildo Romero having to interfere. After 34 minutes, Evaristo Rodrigues made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Chapadinho's Nildo Romero tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Santastico FC's Caco Ramos got a free kick in the 37th minute. Nildo Romero came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Santastico FC's Evaristo Rodrigues. But to his dismay, Evaristo Rodrigues quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When Santastico FC's Juvenal Leite in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chapadinho's goalie prevented a goal. After the first half Santastico FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ruy Tepedino to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Juvenal Leite made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Chapadinho's Nildo Romero tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 68 minutes of play, Chapadinho's Ruy Tepedino made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Salvador Boni was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Santastico FC's Evaristo Rodrigues in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chapadinho's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wiliam Negri got free with Nildo Romero in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nildo Romero was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Evaristo Rodrigues capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Evaristo Rodrigues really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 1-6 when Evaristo Rodrigues sped through Chapadinho's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nildo Romero. Evaristo Rodrigues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Nildo Romero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santastico FC made a substitution. Luiz Paulo Barbosa replaced Juvenal Leite. In the 92nd minute Caco Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nildo Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Paulo Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Boni having to interfere. In the 96thth minute of the game Evaristo Rodrigues who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chapadinho's Nildo Romero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Chapadinho fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Santastico FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
