Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Elano Neves got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, PORTO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Machado to maneuver through the defense. Rodolfo Meira struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Emílio Barbosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hakuna Matata. Emílio Barbosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Meira in the 6th minute of play. Emílio Barbosa made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Duarte Correia sent off a good shot on target. When PORTO's Elano Neves in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hakuna Matata's goalie prevented a goal. Emílio Barbosa was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Rodolfo Meira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rodolfo Meira really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Rodolfo Meira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emílio Barbosa. That made the score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. After a rather tough play, PORTO's Mugurel Stancu got a free kick in the 26th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elano Neves in the 31st minute of play forced Hakuna Matata's goalkeeper Ulysses Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 32 played minutes Hakuna Matata got a freekick which was hit by Dalmo de Salles. Elano Neves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ulysses Marques having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Hakuna Matata's zone, Mugurel Stancu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulysses Marques came out of the goal and Mugurel Stancu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute, Elano Neves left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PORTO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Elano Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute, Enéas Madureira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Hakuna Matata's goal looked a bit too open when Mugurel Stancu came free, but Ulysses Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dalmo de Salles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ulysses Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugurel Stancu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hakuna Matata's Ulysses Marques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Hakuna Matata from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Hakuna Matata's Ulysses Marques got control of the ball when Elano Neves tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elano Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Duarte Correia charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Duarte Correia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ulysses Marques made an important save on a dangerous shot by Augusto Sá in the 75th minute. Hakuna Matata's Ulysses Marques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Hakuna Matata from getting a goal against them. If Enéas Madureira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute, Duarte Correia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emílio Barbosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-5. Ulysses Marques was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Enéas Madureira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-6 in the 94 minute of play.
