In the 38th minute, Stuttgart SP's Emerson Mota dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Zé Augusto Mineiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raí de Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gonçalo Rezende was the one to do the kick off. Luís Eduardo Bezerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Pedro Tróia having to interfere. João Pedro Tróia came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Stuttgart SP's Emerson Mota. But to his dismay, Emerson Mota quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 66th minute Emerson Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Pedro Tróia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Luís Eduardo Bezerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zé Augusto Mineiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonçalo Rezende in the 71st minute of the match. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind SE Jundiaí's goalkeeper João Pedro Tróia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Luís Eduardo Bezerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Eduardo Bezerra in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Pedro Tróia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 86 minutes into the match, Emerson Mota had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Pedro Tróia. SE Jundiaí's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emerson Mota was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. João Pedro Tróia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emerson Mota in the 91st minute of the match. Stuttgart SP's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
