When Rodrigo Pontes came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the MarcoBH fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Pontes couldn't finish the play. Bruninho Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Pontes in the 12th minute of play. When Rodrigo Pontes came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the MarcoBH fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Pontes couldn't finish the play. 15 minutes into the match, Caveira FC's goalkeeper Bruninho Alves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gino Sarmento. 18 minutes into the match, Guilherme Vinhas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfredinho Penha. MarcoBH's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guilherme Vinhas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Caveira FC's Guilherme Vinhas in 25 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Alfredinho Penha guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. If Jorginho Fernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caveira FC's Bruninho Alves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Pontes in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Váldson Freire got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualter Prado in the 34th minute of play forced MarcoBH's goalkeeper Alfredinho Penha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruninho Alves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Pontes in the 37th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Rodrigo Pontes took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Bruninho Alves to make any attempt to save it. In the 45th minute, Rodrigo Pontes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The wind increased when Rodrigo Pontes made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Váldson Freire shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruninho Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guilherme Vinhass short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Alfredinho Penha to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Váldson Freire sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the match, Gino Sarmento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruninho Alves. Caveira FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gino Sarmento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Rodrigo Pontes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruninho Alves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Bruninho Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Pontes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 67 played minutes MarcoBH got a freekick which was hit by Gino Sarmento. An unexpectedly hard shot by Váldson Freire in the 70th minute of play forced Caveira FC's goalkeeper Bruninho Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MarcoBH's Rodrigo Pontes got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Váldson Freire in the 77th minute of play forced Caveira FC's goalkeeper Bruninho Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Váldson Freire notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Caveira FC's Bruninho Alves. Bruninho Alves was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 82nd minute, Guilherme Vinhas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alfredinho Penha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guilherme Vinhas's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. After having played for 90 minutes, Eliseu Donatello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caveira FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseu Donatello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfredinho Penha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guilherme Vinhas in the 91st minute of the match. Jorginho Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Alfredinho Penha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Pontes in the 94th minute of play forced Caveira FC's goalkeeper Bruninho Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The MarcoBH fans cheered their team off the field, for while Caveira FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
