Mundial FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the game, Marcinho Campidelis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Meninos de CG's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mundial FC the free kick. The supporters of Mundial FC booed when Meninos de CG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcinho Campidelis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Osvaldo Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Patrick Donato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Meninos de CG booed when Mundial FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gražvydas Mažeika didn't get a good kick on the ball. Osvaldo Soares ran back to his position shaking his head. 36 minutes into the match, Meninos de CG's goal looked a bit too open when Bora Biil came free, but Patrick Donato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, Meninos de CG's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Sanches came free, but Patrick Donato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel de Barros in the 47th minute of play forced Mundial FC's goalkeeper Vladislav Samsonov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrick Donato dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Patrick Donato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erik Sanches received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Patrick Donato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 67 minutes, Osvaldo Soares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mundial FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osvaldo Soares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 73 minutes of play, Mundial FC's Erik Sanches made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrick Donato was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 79th match minute, Mundial FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arlindo de Amorim to maneuver through the defense. Erik Sanches received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Patrick Donato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Meninos de CG defense, Osvaldo Soares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrick Donato. The Meninos de CG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrick Donato should have stopped the shot. 90 minutes into the match, Mundial FC's Erik Sanches sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patrick Donato narrowly saved just below the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mundial FC fully deserved thier win.
