Spectators: 6655 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 0) Naldo Valadares made the kick off and thus started the match. After a rather tough play, Uomaloli AD's Gernando Paes got a free kick in the 5th minute. Fernandão Pontes might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Laércio Aguiar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernandão Pontes ran back to his position shaking his head. After 9 played minutes, Brave Tricolor SC's Wágner Recife shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Oscar Costa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Brave Tricolor SC reached it. With a little luck, Brave Tricolor SC's Laércio Aguiar got control of the ball when Fernandão Pontes tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Allan Tepedino came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Brave Tricolor SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Allan Tepedino couldn't finish the play. Fernandão Pontes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Brave Tricolor SC's zone, Naldo Valadares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laércio Aguiar came out of the goal and Naldo Valadares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Naldo Valadares was extremely unlucky when he, in the 30th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Inácio Souto hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Wágner Recife took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Oscar Costa. Uomaloli AD's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Naldo Valadares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laércio Aguiar having to interfere. Brave Tricolor SC's Laércio Aguiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naldo Valadares in the 46th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maicon Massa to make the kick off. Fernandão Pontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Laércio Aguiar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 53 minutes, Allan Tepedino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brave Tricolor SC and the Uomaloli AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. Allan Tepedino kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Oscar Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maicon Massa, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 66th match minute, Uomaloli AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inácio Souto to maneuver through the defense. Oscar Costa acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 67th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Wágner Recife. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernandão Pontes in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laércio Aguiar saved Brave Tricolor SC from getting behind. 70 minutes into the game, Benê Meireles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uomaloli AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brave Tricolor SC the free kick. The supporters of Brave Tricolor SC booed when Uomaloli AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benê Meireles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laércio Aguiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandão Pontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Maicon Massa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Oscar Costa made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naldo Valadares in the 89th minute of play forced Brave Tricolor SC's goalkeeper Laércio Aguiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 93 minutes, Fernandão Pontes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uomaloli AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernandão Pontes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
