Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erik Sanches ran back to his position shaking his head. Osvaldo Soares struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Oscar Costa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mundial FC. If Erik Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erik Sanches sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Mundial FC's Osvaldo Soares in 17 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Oscar Costa guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Oscar Costa came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Mundial FC's Erik Sanches. But to his dismay, Erik Sanches quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 27th minute Agostinho Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 minutes of play, Mundial FC's Erik Sanches made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oscar Costa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Oscar Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agostinho Mendes missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 48 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Oscar Costa right hand side. The Uomaloli AD players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mundial FC were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Osvaldo Soares made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Uomaloli AD's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Soares came free, but Oscar Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafa Ferraz's late challenge caught a Mundial FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafa Ferraz helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Uomaloli AD fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! If Erik Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Osvaldo Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 64th minute, Mundial FC's Erik Sanches dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. 69 minutes into the game, Osvaldo Soares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Oscar Costa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 74 minutes, Fernandão Pontes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After 82 played minutes, Mundial FC's Gražvydas Mažeika shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Oscar Costa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mundial FC reached it. Oscar Costa was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Osvaldo Soares capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Osvaldo Soares really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. An unexpected shot in the 86th minute by Osvaldo Soares got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Erik Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vinícius Hoffmann kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. In the 98th minute of the match Gernando Paes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vladislav Samsonov skillfully saved the ball. Mundial FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
