After having played for 13 minutes, Angelo de Moraes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mipul Malvadão™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo de Moraes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dorian Loureiro during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Mipul Malvadão™ booed when AS Monaco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorian Loureiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Delfim Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antônio Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delfim Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antônio Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Angelo de Moraes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Paulo Prata having to interfere. The wind increased when Váldson Sousa made the kick off in the second half. AS Monaco FC's João Paulo Prata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Váldson Sousa in the 60th minute of play. Many of Mipul Malvadão™'s supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Mipul Malvadão™ may have spent more time on the ball, but AS Monaco FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
