EC Sapupira's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mipul Malvadão™ the free kick. Claudinho Palmeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. EC Sapupira's Valério Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Váldson Sousa in the 93rd minute of play. Delfim Almeida made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Sidney da Silveira sent off a good shot on target. Mipul Malvadão™ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
