After 16 minutes, Diego Silveira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the péép and the Camboriu FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Camboriu FC booed when péép was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Silveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angelo Lara's late challenge caught a Camboriu FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angelo Lara helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th match minute, péép was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Lara to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Renan Dantas in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Carlos Porto saved péép from getting behind. 44 minutes into the game, Hugo Furtado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. péép's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Camboriu FC the free kick. Hugo Furtado hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Renan Dantas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hugo Furtado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Armando Baiano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. péép's José Carlos Porto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Baiano in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Renan Dantas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. José Carlos Porto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. José Carlos Porto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Baiano in the 63rd minute of play. In the 77thth minute of the game Renan Dantas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but péép's José Carlos Porto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Armando Baiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. José Carlos Porto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Camboriu FC booed when péép was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Moura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Renan Dantas in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Carlos Porto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hugo Furtado struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Hélio Dias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for péép. Christian Moura took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hélio Dias. Hélio Dias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1.
