Spectators: 6668 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Armando Baiano got the match started through his kick off. Hélio Dias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruninho Soares in the 4th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Camboriu FC's Armando Baiano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tadeu Rezende narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 15thth minute of the game Renan Dantas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Frecheiras FC's Tadeu Rezende was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Frecheiras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Baiano came free, but Tadeu Rezende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 24 minutes on the clock, Waldemar Netto commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 23rd minute, one of Frecheiras FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Frecheiras FC. Edvaldo Brito walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 32nd minute Renan Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeu Rezende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armando Baiano took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tadeu Rezende. Tadeu Rezende dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Renan Dantas came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Camboriu FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Renan Dantas couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Armando Baiano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tadeu Rezende was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. The Frecheiras FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Camboriu FC were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bruninho Soares to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardinho de Castro during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hudson Palmeira charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Bruninho Soares kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Armando Baiano got free with Tadeu Rezende in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tadeu Rezende didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 61st minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Armando Baiano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Tadeu Rezende when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 68 minutes into the match, Frecheiras FC's Bruninho Soares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hélio Dias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Frecheiras FC booed when Camboriu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrézinho Bittencourt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 70 minutes, Bruninho Soares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Frecheiras FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruninho Soares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Andrézinho Bittencourt fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Camboriu FC's protests and gave Andrézinho Bittencourt a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Camboriu FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Andrézinho Bittencourt hit a great ball. Ademir de Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute, Bruninho Soares made a precise shot to the right of Hélio Dias. Camboriu FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. 82 minutes into the match, Frecheiras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Renan Dantas came free, but Tadeu Rezende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tadeu Rezende came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Camboriu FC's Armando Baiano. But to his dismay, Armando Baiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Renan Dantas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armando Baianos short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Tadeu Rezende to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Hudson Palmeira might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tadeu Rezende. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hudson Palmeira ran back to his position shaking his head. Camboriu FC played a much better game than Frecheiras FC and deserved their victory. The Frecheiras FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
