Spectators: 5001 (Terracing: 4001, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hugo Furtado kicked off to start the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfredão Gomes in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Carlos Porto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 5th match minute, péép was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Douglas Botelho to maneuver through the defense. When Bernardo Loyola fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guaraniuva's protests and gave Bernardo Loyola a yellow card for diving instead. Bernardo Loyola kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, péép's goalkeeper José Carlos Porto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Paulo Andrade. When Iuri Reis came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Guaraniuva fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iuri Reis couldn't finish the play. José Paulo Andrade could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but José Carlos Porto made a huge save. After 22 played minutes péép got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Botelho. Hugo Furtado might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Donato da Costa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hugo Furtado ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Furtado in the 28th minute of play forced Guaraniuva's goalkeeper Donato da Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Christian Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bernardo Loyola came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Guaraniuva fans jumped to their feet. Christian Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato da Costa having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Moura in the 47th minute of play forced Guaraniuva's goalkeeper Donato da Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

José Carlos Porto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Paulo Andrade in the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd minute Iuri Reis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Carlos Porto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Carlos Porto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Paulo Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, Guaraniuva's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Silveira came free, but Donato da Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato da Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Furtado, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. José Carlos Porto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Paulo Andrade in the 64th minute of play. After a rather tough play, péép's Diego Silveira got a free kick in the 67th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, José Paulo Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guaraniuva's supporters rose to their feet, but José Paulo Andrade was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Carlos Porto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. péép's José Carlos Porto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Paulo Andrade in the 69th minute of play. If Iuri Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. José Carlos Porto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Paulo Andrade's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. In the 74th match minute, péép was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldinho Lopez to maneuver through the defense. José Carlos Porto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Paulo Andrade in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Guaraniuva's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Furtado came free, but Donato da Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th match minute, Guaraniuva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Loyola to maneuver through the defense. Christian Moura recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Hugo Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Donato da Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
