Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dietrichz FC's Vito Salles started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 3 minutes, Celso Cerezo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crisopolis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celso Cerezo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juarês Quirino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Valdomiro Berger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Crisopolis's Juarês Quirino got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Celso Cerezo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdomiro Berger having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Celso Cerezo in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valdomiro Berger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valdomiro Berger made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Celso Cerezo sent off a good shot on target. 15 minutes into the match, Sebastião Ferraz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Crisopolis's Luisinho Pitta. Luisinho Pitta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Crisopolis's Celso Cerezo in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee showed Duda do Vale the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st match minute, Dietrichz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duda do Vale to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Dietrichz FC's goalkeeper Valdomiro Berger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If José Maria de Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olavo Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Gláuber Figueiredo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luisinho Pitta was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 45 minutes into the match, Celso Cerezo notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Dietrichz FC's Valdomiro Berger. Valdomiro Berger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Crisopolis players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dietrichz FC were winning 1-2.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Clóvis Vides in the 51st minute of play forced Dietrichz FC's goalkeeper Valdomiro Berger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celso Cerezo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdomiro Berger having to interfere. Dietrichz FC's Valdomiro Berger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juarês Quirino in the 57th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Vito Salles kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luisinho Pitta. That made the score 1-3 in the 58 minute of play. Celso Cerezo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Valdomiro Berger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Juarês Quirino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th minute, Gláuber Figueiredo made a precise shot to the right of Luisinho Pitta. Crisopolis's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Luisinho Pitta made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Gláuber Figueiredo sent off a good shot on target. Valdomiro Berger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Maria de Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Celso Cerezo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Crisopolis fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. 90 minutes into the match, Dietrichz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Cerezo came free, but Valdomiro Berger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celso Cerezo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdomiro Berger having to interfere. In the 95th minute Duda do Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisinho Pitta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Crisopolis lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
