In the 7th minute, Tabuleiro MIX's Armando Pereira dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. When Luiz Fábio Mendonça fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bujaru EC's protests and gave Luiz Fábio Mendonça a yellow card for diving instead. The referee gave Tabuleiro MIX a penalty, 11 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rodrigo Nunes, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bujaru EC's João Augusto Vidal. 2-0. André Luís Corrêa hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After having played for 17 minutes, Ademar Trigo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tabuleiro MIX's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ademar Trigo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Tabuleiro MIX booed when Bujaru EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elói de Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Augusto Vidal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ademar Trigo went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. João Augusto Vidal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute, Zé Paulo Carioca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manoel Guimarães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bujaru EC's Adelino de Alcântara couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 30th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Tabuleiro MIX. Arthur de Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Cardozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Bujaru EC booed when Tabuleiro MIX was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean Bertassi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arthur de Lima came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Bujaru EC's Manoel Guimarães. But to his dismay, Manoel Guimarães quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 40th minute, Ademar Trigo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Armando Pereira came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Tabuleiro MIX fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Pereira couldn't finish the play. Ademar Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. João Augusto Vidal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Pereira in the 45th minute of play forced Bujaru EC's goalkeeper João Augusto Vidal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ademar Trigo got free with João Augusto Vidal in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when Edmundo Cardozo made the kick off in the second half. Edmundo Cardozo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Arthur de Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armando Pereira scored 4-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Augusto Vidal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tostão Rocha charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 61st minute, Armando Pereira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ademar Trigo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without João Augusto Vidal having to make a save. 71 minutes into the match, Bujaru EC's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Pereira came free, but João Augusto Vidal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute of the match, Edmundo Cardozo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arthur de Lima saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jonathan Gonçalves took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for João Augusto Vidal. Bujaru EC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 80th minute Armando Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Augusto Vidal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Armando Pereira notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Bujaru EC's João Augusto Vidal. João Augusto Vidal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Bujaru EC's Elói de Lara got a free kick in the 86th minute. When Tabuleiro MIX's Armando Pereira in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bujaru EC's goalie prevented a goal. Manoel Guimarães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tabuleiro MIX were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Bujaru EC for a fine match.
