Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vitório Varela got the match started through his kick off. Enio de Almeida came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Diversus F.C.'s Alfredinho de Barros. But to his dismay, Alfredinho de Barros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 12 minutes into the game, Acácio Baptista was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Diversus F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BarSemLona Futebol Clube the free kick. Sandro Souto, 13 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The supporters of Diversus F.C. booed when BarSemLona Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adhemar Quadros didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Vitório Varela took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Enio de Almeida to make any attempt to save it. 37 minutes into the game, BarSemLona Futebol Clube's Diamantino Custódio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hamílton Vander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Alfredinho de Barros got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tiago Gabriel Paes made a kick off. Tiago Gabriel Paes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Hamílton Vander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vitório Varela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. In the 64th minute, Felipe do Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vitório Varela might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enio de Almeida. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vitório Varela ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredinho de Barros in the 73rd minute of play forced BarSemLona Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Enio de Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 74th minute of the game. One of BarSemLona Futebol Clube:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Diversus F.C.:s goal. Durvalino Nogueira shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Vitório Varela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enio de Almeida having to interfere. Diversus F.C.'s Vitório Varela got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vitório Varela in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enio de Almeida saved BarSemLona Futebol Clube from getting behind. Alfredinho de Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enio de Almeida having to interfere. Diversus F.C.'s Acácio Baptista got his second yellow card of the match in the 94th minute. The referee ordered Acácio Baptista off the ground. Acácio Baptista kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Diversus F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tiago Gabriel Paes came free, but Hamílton Vander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diversus F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
