PlayArt FC's Romeu Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Viana in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Real Label FC's Belmiro Amorim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romeu Novaes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dino Viana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Romeu Novaes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adhemar Tasso struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Paulo José Mendes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PlayArt FC. 17 minutes into the match, Real Label FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wilson Alvarenga came free, but Paulo José Mendes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 17 played minutes Real Label FC got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fabiano Paiva. PlayArt FC's Romeu Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Viana in the 19th minute of play. Dino Viana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeu Novaes having to interfere. Wilson Alvarenga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Adhemar Tasso got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 27 minutes into the match, Real Label FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wilson Alvarenga came free, but Paulo José Mendes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adhemar Tasso got free with Paulo José Mendes in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dino Viana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The PlayArt FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Real Label FC were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Wilson Alvarenga made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dino Viana in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romeu Novaes saved PlayArt FC from getting behind. When Belmiro Amorim came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Real Label FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Belmiro Amorim couldn't finish the play. Dino Viana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Carlos Augusto Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of PlayArt FC booed when Real Label FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anderson da Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexsandro Mendonça during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 69 played minutes Real Label FC got a freekick which was hit by Belmiro Amorim. In the 74th minute, Gilson Cearense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Belmiro Amorim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Romeu Novaes made a huge save. PlayArt FC's Romeu Novaes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save PlayArt FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Viana in the 96th minute of play forced PlayArt FC's goalkeeper Romeu Novaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Real Label FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
