In the 70th minute Cauã Leão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wakil Mammar Chaouche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vitório Alvarenga was a little too slow when Falcão da Silva got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 1-2. Chalupa FC's Marcelo Munhoz got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Armandinho Macedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ezequiel Paraense struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Vitório Alvarenga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chalupa FC. In the 90th minute of the match, Falcão da Silva tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vitório Alvarenga saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience was convinced that Falcão da Silva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vitório Alvarenga was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. 96 minutes into the match, FC Leões's goalkeeper Vitório Alvarenga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Falcão da Silva.
