Spectators: 6661 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luiz Fabiano da Silveira kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Casagrande FC booed when Abico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo de Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anselmo dos Santos in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dedé Abraão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dedé Abraão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anselmo dos Santos went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 26th minute Raí Cearense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedé Abraão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abico's Erasmo de Moraes shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 33rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Flávio Batista but with some difficulty. Raí Cearense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dedé Abraão having to interfere. Anselmo dos Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Dedé Abraão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anselmo dos Santos to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Casagrande FC's zone, Elivélton Meirelles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flávio Batista came out of the goal and Elivélton Meirelles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 55 minutes into the match, Casagrande FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fabiano da Silveira came free, but Flávio Batista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flávio Batista came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Abico's Luiz Fabiano da Silveira. But to his dismay, Luiz Fabiano da Silveira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 58th minute, Raí Cearense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anselmo dos Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot by Edinho Batista from long distance, 62 minutes into the match, got Dedé Abraão's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 63 minutes, Edvaldo Toledo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Abico and the Casagrande FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Abico's Edvaldo Toledo got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Abico's Dedé Abraão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Abico from getting a goal against them. Luiz Fabiano da Silveira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flávio Batista read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Abico's Elivélton Meirelles sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flávio Batista narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Raí Cearense took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dedé Abraão. Dedé Abraão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Raí Cearense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raí Cearense in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dedé Abraão, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Anselmo dos Santos took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Dedé Abraão to make any attempt to save it.
