Spectators: 7275 (Terracing: 5458, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) Samuca Tróia made the kick off and thus started the match. After some careless play in the Illuminati FC defense, Samuca Tróia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cafu Massa. The Illuminati FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cafu Massa should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geraldo Azevedo in the 9th minute of play forced Illuminati FC's goalkeeper Cafu Massa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgílio Santana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Víktor Macedo in the 12th minute of the match. Geraldo Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cafu Massa having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elói Mattos got free with Virgílio Santana in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Geraldo Azevedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cafu Massa was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Geraldo Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Cafu Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuca Tróia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cafu Massa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuca Tróia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geraldo Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Cafu Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 41 minutes into the game, when Raí Souto put in a rough tackle. If Geraldo Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elói Mattos to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Samuca Tróia put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Cafu Massa. After 54 played minutes The Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Leão. A collision led to Illuminati FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Charles Arósio hit a great ball. Sílvio Luiz Tróia took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cafu Massa. Cafu Massa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After a rather tough play, Illuminati FC's Maurício Rezende got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Sílvio Luiz Tróia, 63 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Samuca Tróia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Geraldo Azevedo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Cafu Massa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cafu Massa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuca Tróia in the 79th minute of play. In the 82nd of the match, Samuca Tróia tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Cafu Massa got in the way and made a wonderful save. The supporters of The Tigers booed when Illuminati FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Lira didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Samuca Tróia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute, Samuca Tróia fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cafu Massa, passed just outside the right post. A collision led to Illuminati FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Maurício Rezende hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as The Tigers's Samuca Tróia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cafu Massa. That made the score 0-5 after 89 minutes of play. Samuca Tróia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cafu Massa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded The Tigers left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Illuminati FC.
