Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute of the match, Franklin Santana tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Enéas Tróia saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. André Luiz Donato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Franklin Santana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enéas Tróia having to interfere. After 9 minutes, Franklin Santana made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Iguaçu Football Club's Enéas Tróia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th minute of the match Leonardo Bertassi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cauã Oliveira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Ediberto Santana fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carioca's protests and gave Ediberto Santana a yellow card for diving instead. After 27 played minutes Carioca got a freekick which was hit by Ediberto Santana. Vitório Miranda spun around in front of the goal 28 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Carioca's goal. Walmyr Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauã Oliveira having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Walmyr Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Iguaçu Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Walmyr Amorim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cauã Oliveira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Franklin Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 43 minutes in the game, André Luiz Donato fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Enéas Tróia having to interfere. A collision led to Iguaçu Football Club getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. João Francisco Branco hit a great ball. André Luiz Donato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Ediberto Santana scored 2-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enéas Tróia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Iguaçu Football Club booed when Carioca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Iguaçu Football Club's Luiz Fábio Melo tried to score from far away in the 61st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Vitório Miranda reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cauã Oliveira. The goal made the score 2-1. In the 67th minute André Luiz Donato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enéas Tróia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Franklin Santana in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enéas Tróia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Enéas Tróia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Luiz Donato, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 88th match minute, Carioca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Seco to maneuver through the defense. André Luiz Donato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Enéas Tróia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Iguaçu Football Club's Angelo de Senna got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 97th minute André Luiz Donato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enéas Tróia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Franklin Santana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carioca walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
