Juan Antunes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Betão Mello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Natã Vides showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruninho Loyola, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Geovanni Sampaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the match, Iraty Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Téo Pires came free, but Natã Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Iraty Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Bruninho Loyola came free, but Natã Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Grota defense, Christian Novaes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Antunes. The Grota fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Antunes should have stopped the shot. In the 37th minute Bruninho Loyola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natã Vides saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Iraty Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Téo Pires came free, but Natã Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Betão Mello stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Betão Mello came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Iraty Sport Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Betão Mello couldn't finish the play. Manoel Peres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Betão Mello scored 4-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juan Antunes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Geovanni Sampaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Juan Antunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Saraiva hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 65thth minute of the game Betão Mello who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grota's Juan Antunes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Iraty Sport Club's goalkeeper Natã Vides had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valdir Nóbrega. Juan Antunes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Betão Mello, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After having played for 71 minutes, Angelo Recife managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iraty Sport Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Recife was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Grota's goal looked a bit too open when Geovanni Sampaio came free, but Juan Antunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iraty Sport Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Téo Pires scored to the left of an out of position Natã Vides, making the score, 4-2.
