In the 86th minute, Ituyutaba's Cesinha Abreu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Giuseppe Silveira. Giuseppe Silveira yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. After 90 played minutes Ituyutaba got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Diniz. In the 93rd minute Cesinha Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giuseppe Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Veloso hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded Ituyutaba left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Atlético Porto.
