In the 21st minute Manuel Leme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Roberto Rosado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquim Motta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manuel Leme was the one to do the kick off. The Matinho fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. II Vasco II were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
