If Lenílson dos Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juarês Martins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matías Cordeiro in the 42nd minute of play. Juarês Martins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lenílson dos Santos in the 43rd minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benedito de Queiroz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Téo Mendonça fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rudado's protests and gave Téo Mendonça a yellow card for diving instead. After 93 played minutes Rudado got a freekick which was hit by Téo Mendonça.
