Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Armandinho Mendes got the match started through his kick off. Ernani Leme's late challenge caught a Tapuirama fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernani Leme helped the player get up and apologised. After 11 played minutes Ibituporanga got a freekick which was hit by Ernani Leme. After a defensive mix-up in Ibituporanga's zone, Marcelo Tepedino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliézer Falcão came out of the goal and Marcelo Tepedino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Tapuirama fc defense, Márcio Breckenfeld kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerson Araújo. The Tapuirama fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerson Araújo should have stopped the shot. Gerson Araújo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Deivid Cavalcante's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Tapuirama fc's Gerson Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Márcio Breckenfeld in the 23rd minute of play. After having played for 24 minutes, Deivid Cavalcante managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ibituporanga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Deivid Cavalcante was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Deivid Cavalcante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Gerson Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gerson Araújo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cláudio Veiga in the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Ibituporanga's goal looked a bit too open when Armandinho Mendes came free, but Eliézer Falcão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Deivid Cavalcante got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Deivid Cavalcante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerson Araújo having to interfere. 41 minutes into the game, Armandinho Mendes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eliézer Falcão. Armandinho Mendes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After a defensive mix-up in Tapuirama fc's zone, Deivid Cavalcante stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerson Araújo came out of the goal and Deivid Cavalcante tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the game, Armandinho Mendes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Eliézer Falcão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 76th minute, Armandinho Mendes made a precise shot to the right of Eliézer Falcão. Ibituporanga's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. 79 minutes into the game, Cláudio Veiga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ibituporanga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tapuirama fc the free kick. In the 79th minute, Cláudio Veiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Armandinho Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the game, Tapuirama fc's Armandinho Mendes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eliézer Falcão made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Tapuirama fc's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Deivid Cavalcante 89 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-2. Wiliam Alagoano took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gerson Araújo. Gerson Araújo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Tapuirama fc were victorious despite being under pressure from Ibituporanga for much of the match.
