Zé Paraense hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 13 minutes into the game, Paulo Renato Sampaio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lourdes SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pacaparra FC the free kick. Marco Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Pacaparra FC's Claudinho Recife sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eriberto Gomes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19thth minute of the game Aloísio Santos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pacaparra FC's Caco do Valle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Lourdes SS's goalkeeper Eriberto Gomes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudinho Recife. 23 minutes into the match, Claudinho Recife notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Lourdes SS's Eriberto Gomes. Eriberto Gomes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aloísio Santos in the 27th minute of play forced Pacaparra FC's goalkeeper Caco do Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Claudinho Recife got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Durvalino Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When Paulo Renato Sampaio came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Lourdes SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Renato Sampaio couldn't finish the play. Noel Prata's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Caco do Valle firmly grabbed it by the left post. Eriberto Gomes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Durvalino Monteiro in the 68th minute of the match. A very good chance. If Claudinho Recife had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute Durvalino Monteiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Gomes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lourdes SS's Eriberto Gomes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Durvalino Monteiro in the 76th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Pacaparra FC's Rafa Berger got a free kick in the 78th minute. Noel Prata struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Caco do Valle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lourdes SS. Noel Prata could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Caco do Valle made a huge save. 96 minutes into the game, Juninho Santos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pacaparra FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lourdes SS the free kick. Juninho Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
