Spectators: 6872 (Terracing: 5472, Seating: 1350, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eliézer Tande started the match with the kick off. Eliézer Tande recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Aranhas's Eugênio Varela got a free kick in the 5th minute. A collision led to Aranhas getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Kauan Rossi hit a great ball. Tales Koehler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliézer Tande in the 7th minute of the match. Valdir Arósio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eliézer Tande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tales Koehler having to interfere. If André Luiz Freire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute Eugênio Varela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedé Aparecido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Jano Fernandes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dedé Aparecido. That made the score 1-0 in the 29 minute of play. If Eliézer Tande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Eliézer Tande came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Vilhena Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliézer Tande couldn't finish the play. 39 minutes into the game, Vilhena Esporte Clube's Otávio Guedes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tales Koehler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Aranhas's Tales Koehler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Luiz Freire in the 43rd minute of play. After 44 minutes Aranhas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Válter Proença who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Válter Proença almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Aranhas's Tales Koehler did a great save. Tales Koehler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliézer Tande, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. André Luiz Freire sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jano Fernandes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tales Koehler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliézer Tande in the 51st minute of play. If Válter Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliézer Tande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Tales Koehler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tales Koehler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Válter Proença in the 59th minute. Aranhas's Tales Koehler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Aranhas from getting a goal against them. If Válter Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliézer Tande had several of the Aranhas's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 63 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Tales Koehler as he didn't even see the shot coming. Eugênio Varela kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. The supporters of Aranhas booed when Vilhena Esporte Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cido Soares didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 70 played minutes Vilhena Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Válter Proença. After a defensive mix-up in Aranhas's zone, Eliézer Tande stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tales Koehler came out of the goal and Eliézer Tande tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Válter Proença fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tales Koehler having to interfere. If Válter Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tales Koehler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Válter Proença in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Aranhas's goalkeeper Tales Koehler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by André Luiz Freire. If Cido Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, André Luiz Freire managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vilhena Esporte Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but André Luiz Freire was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tales Koehler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Válter Proença sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The referee ignored Aranhas's protests and gave Matheus Figueiredo a yellow card for diving instead. After 95 played minutes Aranhas got a freekick which was hit by Matheus Figueiredo. Vilhena Esporte Clube's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
