In the 9th minute, Dinei Sá got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 14 minutes, Vitinho Tasso made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Nexus Club's Norberto Tavares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 17 minutes into the game, Moisés Lago threw the ball into play from the sideline. King Cobra FC - Stand By's Armandinho Teixeira quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Norberto Tavares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dinei Sá scored 0-2 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Norberto Tavares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 38thth minute of the game Vitinho Tasso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nexus Club's Norberto Tavares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Norberto Tavares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitinho Tasso in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half King Cobra FC - Stand By were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Vitinho Tasso made the kick off in the second half. When Vitinho Tasso came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the King Cobra FC - Stand By fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vitinho Tasso couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Vitinho Tasso sped through Nexus Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Norberto Tavares. A collision led to King Cobra FC - Stand By getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Hamílton Sampaio hit a great ball. Vitinho Tasso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Norberto Tavares when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 61st minute, Laércio Vides hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute, King Cobra FC - Stand By's Vitinho Tasso ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Norberto Tavares. Norberto Tavares yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. 74 minutes into the match, Nexus Club's goal looked a bit too open when Vitinho Tasso came free, but Norberto Tavares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Vitinho Tasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitinho Tasso in the 77th minute of play forced Nexus Club's goalkeeper Norberto Tavares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Vitinho Tasso, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 82 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Norberto Tavares was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Vitinho Tasso managed to get in a good position for a shot. King Cobra FC - Stand By's supporters rose to their feet, but Vitinho Tasso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vitinho Tasso in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Norberto Tavares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Norberto Tavares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vitinho Tasso in the 94th minute. When the final whistle sounded King Cobra FC - Stand By left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nexus Club.
