Spectators: 6655 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kaká Motta got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute Frank de Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caco de Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caco de Salles didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank de Alcântara went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Frank de Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Marcel Tasso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frank de Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Caco de Salles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Marcel Tasso came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Cambuci fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcel Tasso couldn't finish the play. In the 35th minute, Frank de Alcântara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Betinho Moreno thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Caco de Salles, a very annoying self made goal in the 38th minute which led to 0-2. After having played for 46 minutes, Marcel Tasso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cambuci's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcel Tasso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Caco de Salles came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Cambuci's Frank de Alcântara. But to his dismay, Frank de Alcântara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcel Tasso made a kick off. In the 56th minute Frank de Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caco de Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sanguessuga's Caco de Salles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Sanguessuga from getting a goal against them. Caco de Salles didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 64th minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. If Marcel Tasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caco de Salles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank de Alcântara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, Sanguessuga's goal looked a bit too open when Frank de Alcântara came free, but Caco de Salles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Sanguessuga booed when Cambuci was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinei de Mendonça didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 80 played minutes Cambuci got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Eduardo Marinho. Frank de Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Sanguessuga's zone, Marcel Tasso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Caco de Salles came out of the goal and Marcel Tasso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcel Tasso struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Caco de Salles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cambuci. Kaká Motta struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Luiz Gustavo Zonta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sanguessuga. Claudinei de Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Caco de Salles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cambuci's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
