Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Josué Cavalcante took the kick off in the first half of the match. Josué Cavalcante struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Diamantino Carvalho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Indio. Sandro Siqueira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Laércio Fontes charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Laércio Fontes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 24th minute, Laércio Fontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute, Sandro Siqueira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Indio fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sandro Siqueira got free with Diamantino Carvalho in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Horácio Custódio charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horácio Custódio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, GladiadoresFC's Horácio Custódio got a free kick in the 37th minute. Hudson Mello kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Gildo Lago had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Washington Valle. Indio's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gildo Lago was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Valério Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, Indio's Josué Cavalcante sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diamantino Carvalho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gildo Lago was the one to do the kick off. After 54 minutes, Valério Tavares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Indio and the GladiadoresFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Diamantino Carvalho came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Indio's Valério Tavares. But to his dismay, Valério Tavares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Washington Valle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gildo Lago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Josué Cavalcante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Diamantino Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the game, Josué Cavalcante cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Diamantino Carvalho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 81 minutes into the match, Indio's Josué Cavalcante sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diamantino Carvalho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Josué Cavalcante put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Diamantino Carvalho. 87 minutes into the game, Hudson Mello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Indio's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GladiadoresFC the free kick. After 87 played minutes Indio got a freekick which was hit by Hudson Mello. If Sandro Siqueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Indio's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
