Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Josué Cavalcante to make the kick off. When Raphael Freitas fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored King Cobra FC - Stand By's protests and gave Raphael Freitas a yellow card for diving instead. With his leg Washington Valle managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when King Cobra FC - Stand By's Vitinho Tasso fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Valério Tavares charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. A collision led to Indio getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Vladimir Linhares hit a great ball. Vitinho Tasso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Washington Valle when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vitinho Tasso in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Washington Valle saved Indio from getting behind. King Cobra FC - Stand By's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
