Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jerônimo Sampaio took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Jerônimo Sampaio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Quarahim's Adhemar Costa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 7 minutes, Henrique Sá managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quarahim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrique Sá was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jorge Pinho got free with Adhemar Costa in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gerson de Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrique Sá in the 11th minute of the match. Adhemar Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerônimo Sampaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jerônimo Sampaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorge Pinho might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adhemar Costa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jorge Pinho ran back to his position shaking his head. 26 minutes into the game, Hélio Gonçalves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Angaturama's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quarahim the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 25th minute of the game. One of Angaturama:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Quarahim:s goal. Angaturama's Gerson de Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandro Donato in the 29th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, Angaturama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cássio Andrade to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Angaturama's Cássio Andrade got a free kick in the 36th minute. Angaturama's Gerson de Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrique Sá in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Rony Esteves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, Henrique Sá made a precise shot to the right of Gerson de Brito. Angaturama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The Angaturama players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Henrique Sá to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute of the match, Sandro Donato got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gerson de Brito was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jerônimo Sampaio might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adhemar Costa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jerônimo Sampaio ran back to his position shaking his head. Léo Mandrak was extremely unlucky when he, in the 61st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 66thth minute of the game Jerônimo Sampaio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Quarahim's Adhemar Costa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Durval Alcântara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Gerson de Brito made a huge save. In the last second Gerson de Brito throw himself and got hold of the ball when Henrique Sá in the 79thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sandro Donato got free with Gerson de Brito in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gerson de Brito didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 90th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerônimo Sampaio in the 95th minute of play forced Quarahim's goalkeeper Adhemar Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
