The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfredão Trancoso helped the player get up and apologised. Diego Rezende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerônimo Sampaio in the 27th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Angaturama's goalkeeper Gerson de Brito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reynaldo do Vale. After 31 played minutes Angaturama got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Andrade. Diego Rezende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Pinho in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute Jerônimo Sampaio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Rezende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerônimo Sampaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Rezende having to interfere.

The wind increased when Wilton Abraão made the kick off in the second half. Edvaldo Recife kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. If Jerônimo Sampaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerônimo Sampaio in the 60th minute of play forced ValHalla's goalkeeper Diego Rezende to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerônimo Sampaio in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diego Rezende prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jorge Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Rezende having to interfere. After 73 played minutes Jerônimo Sampaio rounded ValHalla's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. Cássio Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind ValHalla's goalkeeper Diego Rezende, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, ValHalla's Diego Rezende got control of the ball when Jorge Pinho tried to sneak it across the goal line. A hard shot 82 in the game by Jorge Pinho from a close distance when the talented Diego Rezende managed to make a qualified save. ValHalla's players were relieved. After a defensive mix-up in ValHalla's zone, Jerônimo Sampaio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Rezende came out of the goal and Jerônimo Sampaio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jorge Pinhos short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Diego Rezende to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The ValHalla fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Angaturama were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
