Spectators: 7017 (Terracing: 5517, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Raúl de Toledo started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Piau AD got a freekick which was hit by Raúl de Toledo. MartínRojo22's Luisão Furtado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juvenal Souza in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute of the match Nico de Sousa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luisão Furtado showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Piau AD booed when MartínRojo22 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Eduardo Berger didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean Guimarães in the 15th minute of play forced Piau AD's goalkeeper Anselmo de Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raúl de Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Luisão Furtado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 18 minutes, Dadá Mota managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piau AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dadá Mota was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. MartínRojo22's Fred Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luisão Furtado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raúl de Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raúl de Toledo in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luisão Furtado, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Raúl de Toledo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Luisão Furtado skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raúl de Toledo in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luisão Furtado saved MartínRojo22 from getting behind. Tales Valle might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anselmo de Godoi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tales Valle ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Jean Guimarães made the kick off in the second half. MartínRojo22's Luisão Furtado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dadá Mota in the 51st minute of play. After some careless play in the MartínRojo22 defense, Raúl de Toledo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luisão Furtado. The MartínRojo22 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luisão Furtado should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Piau AD's Celsinho do Vale got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute, Raúl de Toledo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Piau AD's Dadá Mota in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MartínRojo22's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raúl de Toledo in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luisão Furtado saved MartínRojo22 from getting behind. When Piau AD's Raúl de Toledo in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MartínRojo22's goalie prevented a goal. Luisão Furtado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raúl de Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Luisão Furtado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raúl de Toledo in the 83rd minute of play. Juvenal Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Luisão Furtado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luisão Furtado came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Piau AD's Juvenal Souza. But to his dismay, Juvenal Souza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Piau AD had played much better football throughout.
