After 70 played minutes Andradas United got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro Carioca. After 71 played minutes, Quissaman's Luiz Guilherme Munhoz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nico Vasconcelos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Quissaman reached it. Nico Vasconcelos made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Alfredo Rossi sent off a good shot on target. If Roger Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Quissaman walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
