Cléberson Trigo came out of the goal and Luiz Fabiano Silveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Giovanni Quadros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juarês Quintal in the 9th minute of play. Mauro Camargo came free with the goalkeeper in the 16th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cléberson Trigo could save by the left post. After having played for 17 minutes, Mauro Camargo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Giovanni Quadros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Limeira City Futebol Club. In the 25thth minute of the game Francisco Velloso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Asgard FC's Giovanni Quadros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Juarês Quintal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Giovanni Quadros was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Giovanni Quadros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juarês Quintal in the 33rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauro Camargo got free with Cléberson Trigo in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 36 minutes into the game, Sidnei Quirino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Limeira City Futebol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Asgard FC the free kick. Jacinto Tepedino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giovanni Quadros having to interfere. After some careless play in the Asgard FC defense, Francisco Velloso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Giovanni Quadros. The Asgard FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Giovanni Quadros should have stopped the shot. The Asgard FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Limeira City Futebol Club were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Samuca Linhares to strike the kick off in the second half. Cléberson Trigo came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Asgard FC's Mauro Camargo. But to his dismay, Mauro Camargo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Cléberson Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Camargo, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Giovanni Quadros made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Juarês Quintal sent off a good shot on target. Cléberson Trigo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mauro Camargo went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Francisco Velloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giovanni Quadros having to interfere. Juarês Quintal's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Giovanni Quadros skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Limeira City Futebol Club booed when Asgard FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marquinhos Valle didn't get a good kick on the ball. Limeira City Futebol Club's Francisco Velloso got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Francisco Velloso fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Asgard FC's Mauro Camargo got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Limeira City Futebol Club players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Asgard FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
