Juarês Catarinense was extremely unlucky when he, in the 11th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a rather tough play, CANELAS SECA's Dênis Matorin got a free kick in the 13th minute. If Wilian Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luís Guilherme Koehler charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luís Guilherme Koehler the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 29th minute, Luís Guilherme Koehler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the match, Vila Osasco's goal looked a bit too open when Kauã Paranaense came free, but Umberto Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Juarês Catarinense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Dênis Meira took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Umberto Rocha to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Vila Osasco's Antônio Carlos Soeiro got a free kick in the 37th minute. Juarês Catarinense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 41 minutes into the match, CANELAS SECA's Walmyr Fantini sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Umberto Rocha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Umberto Rocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juarês Catarinense, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Mané Dionísio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Paulo Xavier having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fábio Esteves to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, CANELAS SECA's goal looked a bit too open when Fábio Esteves came free, but Pedro Paulo Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vila Osasco's Wilian Fonseca got a free kick in the 61st minute. Umberto Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juarês Catarinense in the 63rd minute of play. Vila Osasco's Umberto Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juarês Catarinense in the 83rd minute of play. CANELAS SECA were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after Vila Osasco's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kauã Paranaense took the corner. CANELAS SECA's Kauã Paranaense was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Umberto Rocha in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CANELAS SECA fully deserved thier win.
