Spectators: 7225 (Terracing: 5420, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Douglas Donato started the match with the kick off. Felippe Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute, Felippe Mendonça got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 16 minutes into the game, Severino Lira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RBORGES Futebol Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aracu FC the free kick. Severino Lira kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Dida Paulista kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, RBORGES Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Wellington Fonseca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dida Paulista. After a rather tough play, RBORGES Futebol Clube's Severino Lira got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Eugênio Diniz hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Felippe Mendonça recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Aracu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Trevisan came free, but Osvaldinho da Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osvaldinho da Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celso Trevisan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felippe Mendonça in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Osvaldinho da Cunha saved Aracu FC from getting behind. Osvaldinho da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Trevisan, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Celso Trevisan to strike the kick off in the second half. Celso Trevisan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldinho da Cunha having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Felippe Mendonça got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Osvaldinho da Cunha made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Felippe Mendonça sent off a good shot on target. After 65 played minutes Aracu FC got a freekick which was hit by Júnior Trevisan. Osvaldinho da Cunha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felippe Mendonça went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Nilmar Ramalho kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After having played for 77 minutes, Felippe Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RBORGES Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felippe Mendonça was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Celso Trevisan came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the RBORGES Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celso Trevisan couldn't finish the play. When Júnior Trevisan fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aracu FC's protests and gave Júnior Trevisan a yellow card for diving instead. Celso Trevisan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Osvaldinho da Cunha came out and tried to block the shot, but Celso Trevisan slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 83rd minute. Wellington Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dida Paulista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wellington Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Donato in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute Aracu FC were awarded a corner. Dino Marques went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Aracu FC's Dino Marques to fire away a dangerous shot which Wellington Fonseca despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 96 minutes, Douglas Donato managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aracu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Douglas Donato was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. RBORGES Futebol Clube walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
