Filipe Hoffmann started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filipe Hoffmann in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Umberto Rocha saved Vila Osasco from getting behind. Umberto Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filipe Hoffmann in the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Vilavelhense fc's Filipe Hoffmann dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, Vilavelhense fc's goal looked a bit too open when Fábio Esteves came free, but Elano Ceresso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Umberto Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filipe Hoffmann in the 17th minute of play. Elano Ceresso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antônio Carlos Soeiro in the 19th minute of the match. When Mané Dionísio fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vila Osasco's protests and gave Mané Dionísio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute Filipe Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Umberto Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Umberto Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abelardo de Castro in the 23rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Vila Osasco's zone, Filipe Hoffmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Umberto Rocha came out of the goal and Filipe Hoffmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 32 minutes into the match, Vilavelhense fc's Filipe Hoffmann sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Umberto Rocha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vila Osasco's Umberto Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filipe Hoffmann in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Wilian Fonseca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Elano Ceresso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abelardo de Castro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute Mané Dionísio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elano Ceresso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filipe Hoffmann in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Umberto Rocha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Vilavelhense fc's Filipe Hoffmann got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elano Ceresso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fábio Esteves in the 55th minute of play. Abelardo de Castro hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Filipe Hoffmann struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Umberto Rocha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vilavelhense fc. If Álvaro de Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 65 minutes, Fábio Esteves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vila Osasco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fábio Esteves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filipe Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Umberto Rocha came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Vilavelhense fc's Filipe Hoffmann. But to his dismay, Filipe Hoffmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After 79 played minutes Vila Osasco got a freekick which was hit by André Luís da Mata. Umberto Rocha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abelardo de Castro's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filipe Hoffmann in the 90th minute of play forced Vila Osasco's goalkeeper Umberto Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Vilavelhense fc fully deserved thier win.
