A hard shot by Oscar Vergílio from long distance, 3 minutes into the match, got Walmyr Goiano's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Patinhos AD's Claudinho Simão shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 9th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Walmyr Goiano but with some difficulty. Richard Campidelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walmyr Goiano having to interfere. Eliseu Neto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Walmyr Goiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilson Couto struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Walmyr Goiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patinhos AD. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafim Matorin in the 22nd minute of play forced Patinhos AD's goalkeeper Yuri Brodel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Snowford FC's Ivo Porto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yuri Brodel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Wilson Couto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Walmyr Goiano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Yuri Brodel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aníbal de Castro in the 29th minute of play. Hugo Tande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walmyr Goiano having to interfere. After having played for 37 minutes, Eliseu Neto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Patinhos AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseu Neto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 39th minute Aníbal de Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yuri Brodel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilson Couto in the 41st minute of play forced Snowford FC's goalkeeper Walmyr Goiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Wilson Couto came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Patinhos AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilson Couto couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Richard Campidelis to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Snowford FC's zone, Eliseu Neto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walmyr Goiano came out of the goal and Eliseu Neto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yuri Brodel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivo Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute, Snowford FC's Serafim Matorin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Yuri Brodel. Yuri Brodel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. 61 minutes into the match, Aníbal de Castro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Yuri Brodel, 0-3. Richard Campidelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Walmyr Goiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yuri Brodel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aníbal de Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 81st minute Aníbal de Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yuri Brodel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafim Matorin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Snowford FC's Yuri Brodel threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aníbal de Castro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 87 played minutes Patinhos AD got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Tande. With a little luck, Patinhos AD's Yuri Brodel got control of the ball when Luciano Melo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Walmyr Goiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilson Couto, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The audience was convinced that Richard Campidelis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Walmyr Goiano was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aníbal de Castro in the 93rd minute of play forced Patinhos AD's goalkeeper Yuri Brodel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walmyr Goiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Campidelis in the 96th minute of play. The Patinhos AD supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Snowford FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Snowford FC.
