When Pedro Augusto Cosme came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the CHAOS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Augusto Cosme couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmílson Cardozo in the 37th minute of play forced CHAOS's goalkeeper Márcio Rodrigues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christian Braga got free with Márcio Rodrigues in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Márcio Rodrigues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmílson Cardozo in the 71st minute of the match. Christian Braga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Márcio Rodrigues having to interfere. A collision led to CHAOS getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Edvaldo Jacinto hit a great ball. Márcio Rodrigues was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Edmílson Cardozo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edmílson Cardozo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Christian Braga scored 0-5 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Márcio Rodrigues, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Márcio Rodrigues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmílson Cardozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Marrao's goalkeeper Samuel Bittencourt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Reginaldo Bueno managed to get in a good position for a shot. CHAOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Reginaldo Bueno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuel Bittencourt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marrao played a much better game than CHAOS and deserved their victory. The CHAOS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
