When Danilo Silva fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Crissiumal's protests and gave Danilo Silva a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 3rd minute of the game. One of Crissiumal:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Colorado FC:s goal. Manfredo Lopez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erasmo Montenegro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kauã Vidal in the 8th minute of play forced Colorado FC's goalkeeper Frédson Ribeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frédson Ribeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kauã Vidal in the 10th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Colorado FC's Oséas Quintal got a free kick in the 11th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manfredo Lopez got free with Erasmo Montenegro in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Crissiumal's Danilo Silva got a free kick in the 19th minute. After 20 played minutes Crissiumal got a freekick which was hit by Jarbas Diniz. 21 minutes into the game, Vágner Mattos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Colorado FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crissiumal the free kick. In the 21st match minute, Colorado FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vágner Mattos to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Colorado FC's Vágner Mattos got a free kick in the 26th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kauã Vidal in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Frédson Ribeiro saved Colorado FC from getting behind. Kauã Vidal took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frédson Ribeiro. Frédson Ribeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Frédson Ribeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Guilherme Sampaio in the 34th minute of the match. Manfredo Lopez's late challenge caught a Crissiumal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manfredo Lopez helped the player get up and apologised. After 35 played minutes Colorado FC got a freekick which was hit by Manfredo Lopez. Frédson Ribeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauã Vidal in the 38th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valdomiro Faria during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 47th minute, Valdomiro Faria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Colorado FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Crissiumal were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ismael Oliveira was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Crissiumal's zone, Ismael Oliveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erasmo Montenegro came out of the goal and Ismael Oliveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th minute, Crissiumal's Kauã Vidal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Frédson Ribeiro. Frédson Ribeiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. In the 60th match minute, Colorado FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Paraibano to maneuver through the defense. Frédson Ribeiro didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 63rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. If Manfredo Lopez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Oséas Quintal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Erasmo Montenegro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Colorado FC's goalkeeper Frédson Ribeiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kauã Vidal. In the 75th minute Jarbas Diniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frédson Ribeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Guilherme Sampaio in the 77th minute of play forced Colorado FC's goalkeeper Frédson Ribeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Oliveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Ismael Oliveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colorado FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ismael Oliveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erasmo Montenegro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Colorado FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Manfredo Lopez hit a great ball. Frédson Ribeiro came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Crissiumal's Luiz Guilherme Sampaio. But to his dismay, Luiz Guilherme Sampaio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. If Luiz Guilherme Sampaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Colorado FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Manfredo Lopez hit a great ball. When Manfredo Lopez was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 93 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Colorado FC's Manfredo Lopez got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Kauã Vidal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Frédson Ribeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Colorado FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Crissiumal's performance. The match ended with a win for Crissiumal.
